Pre-orders
Please kindly understand the Wheelie is an independent high quality pottery equipment produced at a very small scale, manufactured and sold on a pre-order basis. It may take up to 5 months for you to receive your order. You will receive an email within 4 months after the closing of our pre-orders for your tracking number. Please only pre-order the Wheelie if you agree and understand our terms.
Bulk Purchase Deals and Economical Shipping Rates
Please kindly email/ DM me if you’re purchasing more than 6 Wheelies for a custom discount code based on your order quantity.
Please kindly email/ DM me if you're pre-ordering more than 4 Wheelies to one shipping address because a different shipping rate will be applied for larger orders.
Fluctuations in Courier Rates
Should there be a cheaper courier rate at the time of our shipping, there will be a refund if there is excess in the shipping fees you've paid for. Refunds for excess shipping fees will be returned to your card within 7 working days.
Custom Duties and Import Taxes
The courier fees covers customs duty and import tax to most destinations; you do not need to pay additional fees when receiving your Wheelie, except for the following destinations: Argentina, Hawaii, Hong Kong, New Zealand, South Africa, Trinidad and Tobago, UAE.
Shipping Destinations
We ship by air to most countries worldwide. If your shipping destination is not on the list, please kindly DM us on Instagram or email us so we can advise you on your courier rates and add it to one of our shipping destinations.
Shipping Liability, Exchanges, Returns and Refunds
Please note that Wode Ceramics is not responsible for stolen or lost packages. Please try to schedule your delivery day and time slot through your tracking number.
Should there be any damage to your product from shipping, we will offer free servicing or one-for-one replacement after accessing the damages. Kindly note that we are unable to offer returns or refunds under any other circumstances once your pre-order is placed.
